How the Coaching Model Works:

  • Multiple coaching sessions are conducted each month, including monitoring and progress evaluation. Sessions can be tailored for executives, staff, or teams as desired.
  • Focus areas and frequency are tailored to meet the needs of the client.
  • Clarity typically recommends a duration of six months to establish momentum and continuity. This may vary depending on the size of the corporation.
