Monica's experience includes more than 25 years in engineering, proposal management, sales, product line management, program and project management, outsourcing initiatives, and consulting.
Monica holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo.

Monica also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential conferred by the Project Management Institute. She earned her Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma White Belt from the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE).
Monica is an alumna of the Wharton Global Consulting Practicum (GCP). As a GCP consultant, she worked on a global consulting team that developed a market entry strategy for Israel’s leading supplier of advanced communications products.
Monica's global experience also includes managing a multinational, multi-company proposal team while working in Australia for General Electric. |
